PROJECT OBJECTIVES:

  • Increase awareness about disability accessibility & accessible designs

  • Develop solution for PWD (people with disabilities) who are looking to design

BACKGROUND RESEARCH

  • Examined current company status, company history, mission and values, financials, and prior activist efforts

  • Established current target market and consumer attitudes

  • Developed a summary of the market context, including a positioning map and PESTEL analysis

PLATFORM UPDATES

  • Researched chosen issue (disability accessibility) and opportunity to acquire new market segment

  • Developed multiple platform change suggestions, including an "Accessibility Settings" panel and designing for accessibility encouragements

CAMPAIGN STRATEGY

  • Established activism campaign objectives and campaign KPIs for brand and social impact

  • Described main campaign target markets and their needs

  • Created internal and external tactics to be executed through campaign with visual examples

  • Predicted implementation risks and developed mitigation strategies
