ARTIST MARKETING STRATEGY

Project completed independently in 2021-2022 through UTalent Records

PROJECT OBJECTIVE:

Build artist brand and awareness 

ESTABLISHING PRESENCE

  • Categorized music sound based on artistic influence, production style, and messaging

  • Developed target audience profile

  • Established artist brand rules (fonts, colors, styles, voice, etc.)

  • Created social media profiles

  • Established accounts for: Spotify for Artists, Linktree, Songkick, BandsinTown 

CAMPAIGN CREATION

  • Curated and executed photoshoots for artist content

  • Designed and distributed flyers

  • Set up phone line for audience interaction

  • Organized performance opportunities and publicized live shows via social media

  • Developed posting schedule and artist roadmap

OUTREACH

  • Developed PR template, blog list, playlist list, and radio station list for outreach

  • Created online EPK to introduce press to artist

  • Secured multiple radio station appearances, live performances, and interviews for artist
